Draw schedules are clearly defined, ensuring alignment, accountability, and a smooth path to completion.

STEP 6 - PROJECT COMPLETION

As construction concludes, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations and project requirements. We then provide all closeout documentation including maintenance guidelines, warranties, contact information, and as-built drawings, ensuring a smooth transition into your new space.
